The engineers work according to your needs. We strictly comply with normative development mode so that there is no need to worry about the process of development. Furthermore you can control the schedule of the development and keep track of the development progress.
USI selects elite students from top universities in China and train them with the USA and Japan developing process. The engineers who finished this training program will be qualified candidates to be supplied to company on onsite development projects.
We emphasize on not only technical skills and project management but also on communication skills for effective and efficient communication is critical to all partnerships and particularly when crossing time zones, language barriers and cultures. All our employees, at different level, can communicate in English/ Japanese.
