International Satellite Broadcast Reservation System (1995--1996, 2000--2001)
Brief Introduction
The system is developed for a large Japanese communication company. Taking satellite communication equipments management as center, the system offers international television/ audio broadcast reservation service for international communication management organizations. The system adopted Client/Server structure that was advanced then and actualized communication through TCP/IP. In the upgraded version of 2000, communication channel reservation service also got realized by using circular optical fiber in Japan and undersea optical cable. Television/ audio broadcast reservation service among TV stations all over the world is realized through international telecommunication satellites. Television transmission of both digital and analog became real. In addition, it can analyze the transmission state according to reservation information and count out different costs caused by transmission and send the monthly fee data to financial center at the beginning of the next month. Information maintenance function is also added to the system.
