EBT Marketing Training (1st Term, 2010) Successfully Wounded Up (Jan.24, 2010)
Excellent sales technique and all-around service is the key to win competition in sales market. To help our sales managers improve their competence, HR Department and Sales Development Department jointly organized the Marketing Training, 1st Term, 2010. With the support and cooperation of company leaders and colleagues, this training was ended successfully.
Combining theory and practices, starting from the entire market environment, this training lasted two days, covering sales theory, development plan, advanced IT technology, introduction of our products, representative cases, relevant law and regulations, etc. Lecturers gave us practical and interesting lessons, full of knowledge and joy. Correspondingly, learners participated in discussions, making an interactive atmosphere. After finishing lessons, Karaoke Match and Poker Match were held. Lecturers and learners all took part in the matches, which further deepened the communication.
Through this training, customer managers and sales support managers got precious learning opportunity, which was helpful to the overall improvement of our sales team, and the sales team got a chance of communication, which strengthen ed the tie between team members.
