China Telecom 2009 OSS Forum OSS Capacity Promotion Seminar(Shenzhen) (June, 2009)
China Telecom 2009 OSS Forum-OSS Capacity Promotion Seminar was held in Shenzhen, July 4th to July 5th, hosted by China Telecom Corporation IT Department, and jointly assisted by Guangdong Telecom and Guangdong Research Committee. Seminar participators includes: Ding Zhen Director of Corporation IT Department, Sun Xiaohong Vice Direcotr of Network Operation Department, directors and specialists form OSS departments of provincial companies, Guangzhou BSS/OSS support center, and OSS suppliers. About 150-160 people participated in the seminar, and five of EBT were invited, namely Chen Fangyou (Product Director), Zhang Zhenhai, Li Fei, Yin Xiong, and Zhou Yuan
As the first national scale OSS seminar held by corporation IT department, this seminar set topic as "OSS Capacity Promotion. And the seminar consists of : 1. the key work of 2009(); 2. Optimization of BSS UI and discussion of reform plan; 3. Discussion about business promptness and business activation efficiency; 4.Learning of excellent cases; 5. Presentation of OSS suppliers.
During the seminar, Chen Fangyou, the Product Director of EBT delivered an impressive presentation of our business in Gansu, Shangxi, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, etc. Through this seminar, we not only get acquainted with new clients, consolidate relations with frequent customers, but also set up a fine enterprise image.
